Last month, April Mendez accepted the 2024 AEC Employer of Choice Award on behalf of Greenprint Partners at the AEC THRIVE Conference hosted by PSMJ.
Greenprint received the top ranking of all the participating firms.
The Employer of Choice Award is the AEC industry’s premier recognition of firms that have mastered workforce retention and productivity by achieving the highest level of employee engagement.
PSMJ’s award is unique from other “best company to work for” awards. Instead of measuring employee satisfaction, PSMJ measures employee engagement through a 45-factor survey that dives deep into employees’ fundamental sense of how they contribute and connect with colleagues, leaders, projects, clients and missions.
