Rose Jordan, Vice President + Pacific Northwest Market Lead

Rose is driven by her passion to bring out the best in teams as they tackle challenges at the intersection of equity and climate resilience. Her collaborative approach to expanding sustainable infrastructure opportunities is rooted in her belief that community members hold the solutions to our biggest local climate resilience and equity challenges.

Rose’s empathy, creativity, and strong leadership skills have helped her foster Greenprint’s growth into a national brand. She collaborates with technical staff to develop, improve, and scale the processes that have made Greenprint a national leader in our industry. 

A Seattle native, Rose’s career in stormwater management began with an internship at the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition. She joined Greenprint in 2017 after more than a decade of experience in program management and strategic communications. Rose earned her MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her B.A. in sustainable urban planning from the University of Washington.

Rose is based in Greenprint’s Seattle Office.
