Nicole Laumer, Climate Equity Planner

Nicole brings passion and big-picture ideas to the table when collaborating with partners across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She works closely with community leaders during each phase of our green infrastructure projects to make sure our team fully understands their goals. Her approach is rooted in her belief that community voices are vital in our efforts to make cities more climate resilient. 

Nicole is skilled in developing curriculum and organizing group events, and uses these strengths to craft presentations, lead thoughtful discussions, and enthusiastically teach diverse groups of stakeholders about the benefits of green infrastructure. She also works to develop marketing materials and content for our clients. 

Prior to joining Greenprint, Nicole worked in community engagement and advocacy roles in the non-profit space, specializing in issues such as housing and homelessness, economic inclusion, and hunger. She has completed a Graduate-Level Certificate Course from Hamline University in Leadership in Affordable Housing and is a Graduate Student in DePaul University’s Masters of Sustainable Urban Development program.

Nicole is based in Greenprint’s Chicago office.
