With over 35 years of experience leading engineering and public works departments throughout Chicagoland, Howard brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Greenprint. He is responsible for overseeing the construction of various sustainable infrastructure projects for clients across the country, with a particular focus on green schoolyards.

Howard has led dozens of transformative multimillion-dollar projects in stormwater and wastewater treatment, showcasing his commitment to innovation and sustainable infrastructure development. He has a proven track record of optimizing municipal operations and securing substantial grants.  

Howard is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and a MPA from Roosevelt University. In 2020 he was recognized as a Top Ten Public Works Leader from the American Public Works Association.

Howard is based in Greenprint’s Chicago office.
