Alex manages our team of civil engineers and oversees the design of complex green infrastructure projects that meet our clients’ goals. She is dedicated to transforming the built environment through environmentally-friendly systems and strives to make green infrastructure more widely adopted throughout the AEC industry. 

Alex uses her technical engineering knowledge to connect communities with green infrastructure solutions that manage stormwater and help people engage with nature. She especially enjoys projects that include native plants as a drought-tolerant, low-maintenance tool for managing stormwater while also increasing biodiversity and pollinator habitat. 

Prior to joining Greenprint, Alex worked as a site development engineer on commercial, municipal, and institutional projects. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Illinois, Missouri, and Pennsylvania and earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Alex is based in Greenprint’s Chicago office.
