Tiffany leads workforce development and community engagement on community-driven water quality strategies and programs. Her passion flows from her belief in people’s right to clean water.
Tiffany's innate curiosity and enthusiasm shine through in her capacity-building efforts and ability to foster authentic, mutual relationships. She has a unique blend of experience with direct service to overburdened communities, collaborative strategic planning and environmental management systems.
Previously, Tiffany created career pathways for BIPOC youth to access generational wealth-building opportunities in green jobs and the maritime industry. She used her experience navigating government agencies to elevate the power of community-based organizations to build both environmental and economic vitality. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Washington and earned both her Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Science in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.
