Rose is driven by her passion to bring out the best in teams as they tackle challenges at the intersection of equity and climate resilience. She leads Greenprint’s growing portfolio across the Pacific Northwest, overseeing a team of four program managers. She also leads Greenprint’s Equity and Social Justice work and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge of best practices across the stormwater management field.
Rose’s empathy, creativity and strong leadership skills have helped her foster Greenprint’s growth into a national brand. She collaborates with technical staff to develop, improve and scale the processes that have made Greenprint a national leader in our industry.
A Seattle native, Rose’s career in stormwater management began with an internship at the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Sustainable Urban Planning from the University of Washington and her Master’s of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
