Nicole Chavas

A co-founder of the firm, Nicole leads Greenprint operations, strategy and business development. Her passion for rallying resources, talent and partnerships to scale water and greening infrastructure has informed her approach to team leadership and company growth since 2014.

Nicole's love of learning is inherent in every initiative she leads. Whether it’s spearheading a proposal, securing funding and financing for delivery of a new program, accelerating adoption of a new project management system, or recruiting and onboarding new staff, she is committed to transparency, collaboration and continuous learning every step of the way. She is inspired by the knowledge and interests of every Greenprint team member, and seeks to foster a flexible, inclusive and mission-oriented company culture that supports the personal and professional growth of all employees.

Prior to founding Greenprint, Nicole spent over a decade in investment management advocating for ESG solutions. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master’s of Business Administration from Northwestern University. She is a board member at Alliance for the Great Lakes, and is a member of Lambda Alpha and Professional Women in Construction.
