Laura draws on experience driving environmental initiatives at the local, national and international level to manage water and greening infrastructure projects and programs across the country. She is passionate about tackling water planning challenges faced by disadvantaged communities.
Laura uses her strong customer service skills to help property owners identify opportunities to implement green infrastructure on their sites and in their communities. She then guides them through program requirements and development of their project, centering community stakeholders as active participants in the process.
Prior to joining Greenprint, Laura worked in municipal planning, and has experience in project management, facilities management, environmental education and nonprofit outreach. Laura earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and her Master’s of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
