Jim leads Greenprint’s civil engineering practice, drawing on three decades of experience in planning, designing and managing construction of municipal infrastructure. In addition to overseeing Greenprint’s technical team, Jim develops and manages complex water and greening infrastructure projects and programs for clients across the country.
Jim’s commitment to strong client service and technical quality, combined with a commitment to protecting the health and well-being of community residents and our environment, shapes his approach to project management. Leveraging his expertise in engineering best practices, Jim navigates relationships with municipal staff, property owners, permitting agencies, sub-consultants and contractors to ensure project goals are met while maximizing community benefits.
Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of California, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and Master’s of Science in Environmental Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
