With experience in compensation, program design and implementation, and hands-on HR operations, Jillian has executed sustainable programs that improve employee experiences, support corporate social responsibility efforts and drive organizational growth.

Jillian is committed to bringing a dynamic, human-centered approach to every organization she works with. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
