Her passion for health and wellness drives her commitment to fostering community well-being through initiatives that enhance environmental sustainability, mental and physical health, and economic vitality.

Fabiola brings extensive experience in workforce development and training, making her adept at connecting our partners with the resources they need to succeed. Her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail ensure the smooth operation of Greenprint's financial and administrative functions.

Prior to joining Greenprint, Fabiola worked to develop industry-specific training and apprenticeship programs. She effectively collaborated with employers, educational institutions and community organizations to advance workforce readiness in the construction trades. Fabiola earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
